Do you ship outside Singapore?
We currently ship within Singapore only. Regional shipping is something we're actively working on — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Singapore takes 2–3 business days. Next business day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm — contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram to confirm.
Are the conservas cooked already?
Yes. All Ramón Peña conservas are fully cooked prior to canning. They are premium ready-to-eat seafood — no additional cooking required. Think of them as you would fine charcuterie.
How long do the products last?
Ramón Peña conservas have a shelf life of up to 5 years, stored at ambient temperature. Once opened, preferable to consume within the same day. Otherwise, you may opt to cling wrap, refrigerate and keep for up to 2-3 days.
Don Gastronom and Kiss The Cheese jams last up to 2-3 years unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3-4 weeks.
