Don Gastronom - Artisanal Spanish Jams

Don Gastronom produces artisan jams and savoury spreads in Murcia, in Spain's sun-drenched south-east. Each jar is made with 60% fruit content and slow-cooked in small batches, the way preserves were made before shortcuts became standard.

The range runs from sweet classics such as fig, mango and orange to the distinctive savoury and floral jams the region is known for: red pepper, tomato, rose petal, violet petals and red wine among them. They belong on a cheeseboard, spooned over yoghurt, alongside roast meats, or simply on good toast.
