Montage - Andaman Gourmet Salt

Montagé is a Thai gourmet salt brand developed with Chef Olivier Castella and the Bocuse d'Or Thailand culinary team. The range spans hand-harvested fleur de sel and pyramid salt from Thailand and Bali, alongside Himalayan pink flake salt from Pakistan, finished with natural infusions from galangal, lemongrass and roasted coconut to real white truffle and yuzu.

Every jar is unrefined, non-iodised and free from synthetic anti-caking agents; where a binding agent is needed, flavourless coconut oil is used instead. The flavoured range is built around real ingredients rather than extracts, with roasted coffee, cacao, herbs and citrus hand-applied in small batches.
