Three Ramón Peña conservas for anyone who likes a little heat with their seafood. Ramón Peña has been tinning in Cambados, Galicia, since 1920. Galician mussels in a garlic and chilli sauce, whole small sardines in chilli-spiked oil, and grilled sardines packed with real pimientos de Padrón.
