A Different Kind of Olive Oil. This is one of the few genuinely extra virgin, certified-organic olive oils in the range. Olivo infuses certified organic EVOO from Alicante with real lemon peel over several weeks, then removes the solids and bottles the oil, with no artificial flavourings involved.
Preparation and Flavour: The slow infusion pulls a clean, zesty lemon note into the oil without the sourness of juice, since only the aromatic oils in the peel are drawn out over time. Available in a larger 250ml format for everyday use or a compact 100ml format for testing a new flavour or gifting.
Serving Suggestion: Finish grilled fish or seafood, dress a simple green salad, or drizzle over hummus. Also good whisked into a vinaigrette for a brighter finish.
