A Different Kind of Olive Oil. This is one of the few genuinely extra virgin, certified-organic olive oils in the range. Olivo infuses certified organic EVOO from Alicante with real orange peel over several weeks, then removes the solids and bottles the oil, with no artificial flavourings involved.
Preparation and Flavour: The slow infusion gives a bright, citrus-forward oil without any bitterness, since only the natural oils from the orange are drawn out over time rather than concentrate or extract being added.
Serving Suggestion: Finish grilled fish, roast vegetables, or a simple green salad with a drizzle. Also good stirred through plain yoghurt for a savoury breakfast, or brushed over shortbread before baking.
